台积电：日本 JASM 第二晶圆厂预计今年下半年动工 - IT之家

IT之家 6 月 12 日消息，台积电 2025 年技术论坛日本场当地时间昨日在横滨举行，台积电代表在活动上表示，预计其在日控股子公司 JASM 位于熊本县菊阳町的第二晶圆厂将于 2025 年下半年开始建设。台积电董事长兼总裁魏哲家本月早些时候在年度股东常会上表示，JASM 的第二晶圆厂的动工计划受交通状况恶化的影响出现延迟。不过 JASM 也面临日本当地汽车工业客户需求乏力的困局。台积电日本分部 TSMC Japan 社长小野寺诚在技术论坛上表示，日本在 2024 年向台积电贡献了超过 40 亿美元（IT之家注：现汇率约合…
